How long does it take for my wig to arrive?
Customization takes approximately 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your measurements. Each piece is carefully refined before shipping.
Do I need to come in for a consultation?
No. You can shop entirely online. We provide clear measuring instructions and are happy to guide you by phone if needed.
What is your return policy?
Wigs may be returned within 10 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition.
For lace wigs, we always confirm with you before we cut the lace. Once the lace has been cut, we can offer store credit only (not a refund), minus a 10% restocking fee.
If you are unsure, we can ship your lace wig without cutting the lace. Once you confirm the fit and look, you may send it back for customization and lace trimming.
Can you match a specific color?
Yes. We offer custom color work based on your description and inspiration photos to ensure your piece reflects your vision.
