Baby hairs are shaped to your features, lace styles are trimmed straight across for a natural look, and custom color work is added to match your description and inspiration photos.
Medical tape, widow’s peaks, gray strands, and other personalized requests are completed at this stage.

Every wig starts with premium human hair, then gets tailored to you. We adjust the cap to your measurements, shape the baby hairs to your features, and match the color to your photos, so it arrives ready to wear and looks like your own hair.
Apply your wig to a clean, oil free scalp or bio hair and keep heavy products away from the cap.
Wash gently in lukewarm water with professional sulfate free products, and condition only the mid lengths and ends.
Air dry on a wig stand and avoid excessive heat.
Detailed care instructions come with every piece, and we are always here to help.
Unworn wigs can be returned within 10 days of delivery. For lace wigs, we always confirm with you before we cut the lace. Once the lace has been cut, we can offer store credit only (not a refund), minus a 10% restocking fee.
With good care, a lace wig typically lasts 1 to 2 years. How long yours lasts depends on how often you wear it and how you care for it, and every wig needs regular maintenance along the way. We are always here to help with that.
