  • Condition: Wigs must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Timing: Email us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Shipping Window: Once approved, the wig must be shipped back within 10 days.
  • Refund or Exchange: After inspection, you may choose a full refund or exchange for another available piece.

How long does it take for my wig to arrive?

Customization takes approximately 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your measurements. Each piece is carefully refined before shipping.

 Do I need to come in for a consultation?

No. You can shop entirely online. We provide clear measuring instructions and are happy to guide you by phone if needed.

What is your return policy?

Skin top wigs may be returned within 7 days if unworn and in original condition.

Lace wigs that have had the lace cut are final sale.

If you are unsure, we can ship your lace wig without cutting the lace. Once you confirm the fit and look, you may send it back for customization and lace trimming.

Can you match a specific color?

Yes. We offer custom color work based on your description and inspiration photos to ensure your piece reflects your vision.
