1. How long does customization take?
Customization takes approximately 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your measurements. Each piece is carefully refined before shipping.
2. Are your wigs fully customized?
Yes. Every CC wig is adjusted to your measurements and finished to suit your features, including cap sizing, hairline refinement, and detailing.
3. Do I need to come in for a consultation?
No. You can shop entirely online. We provide clear measuring instructions and are happy to guide you by phone if needed.
4. What if I don’t see exactly what I’m looking for?

5. Can you match a specific color?
Yes. We offer custom color work based on your description and inspiration photos to ensure your piece reflects your vision.
6. What is the difference between lace top and skin top wigs?
Lace tops offer a lightweight, breathable construction with beautiful natural movement. The lace allows for customized hairlines and creates a highly realistic, seamless appearance. It is our most delicate option, but remains the most popular for those seeking the most natural look.
Skin tops feature hair sewn into silk, creating a thicker and more durable base. This construction offers added longevity while maintaining a natural appearance, and is an excellent option for clients who prefer bangs.
7. Will my wig feel secure?
Yes. We tailor cap sizing for a snug, secure fit. We can also add medical tape when needed, and each wig includes a velvet band for added stability and comfort.
8. What if my measurements are incorrect?
If adjustments are needed, you may return the wig and we will resize it at no additional cost. We are happy to guide you through measuring to ensure accuracy.
9. What is your return policy?
Skin top wigs may be returned within 7 days if unworn and in original condition.
Lace wigs that have had the lace cut are final sale.
If you are unsure, we can ship your lace wig without cutting the lace. Once you confirm the fit and look, you may send it back for customization and lace trimming.
10. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We provide a 3-month warranty covering factory issues and reasonable refinements during the initial adjustment period. This may include fit tweaks or minor personalization updates.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or mishandling. Determination of what qualifies as a manufacturing issue versus wear-related damage is made at our discretion.

11. Does insurance cover wigs?
Many insurance plans offer coverage or reimbursement for medical hair loss.
We are in-network with select major providers, including BCBS (Blue Cross Blue Shield) and HealthPartners, and are able to bill these plans directly when applicable.
For clients whose insurance is out-of-network, we can provide a detailed medical receipt upon request so you may submit for reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, and we recommend confirming your specific benefits directly with your provider.
HSA and FSA funds may also be used toward the purchase of a medical wig.

12. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Your completed piece arrives fully prepared and ready to wear.
13. How do I care for my wig?
Apply your wig to a clean, oil-free scalp or bio hair and avoid heavy products near the cap. Wash gently with lukewarm water and professional sulfate-free products, conditioning only the mid-lengths and ends. Air dry on a stand and avoid excessive heat. Detailed care instructions are included with every purchase, and our team is always available to assist.
